3. Return Process

  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping. Upon receiving the damaged or defective item, we will inspect it and send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

7. Exchanges
